I'm the Social Worker on the Bigelow ICU/CCU and read with interest the article in the Boston Globe this past Sunday.

Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of your "living will" through the house mail? I find that I am frequently discussing DNE-type issues with my patients. Having some concrete guidelines would be extremely helpful.
